I HAVE BEEN THERE. I've worked in TV and Radio news for 15 years. Anchorman, weatherman, reporter. -several CBS-TV news affiliates. -an ABC-TV news affiliate TV station. -I've covered everything from police gun calls, to royalty and even flown into a hurricane. -I've done hundreds of hours of live work in the field and in the studio. HOW DO YOU GET INTO TV NEWS? -Getting your first break is an important step. -finding an agent can be another. -Putting a demo tape together that can catch a news directors eye is also key. I can talk with you in between live news segments I do on the radio every 10 minutes.
