The Climb lyrics Songwriters: Alexander, J; Mabe, J; I can almost see itThat dream I am dreaming
butt there's a voice inside my head saying "You'll never reach it"Every step I'm takingEvery move I make feelsLost with no directionMy faith is shaking But I gotta keep tryingGotta keep my head held highThere's always gonna be another mountainI'm always gonna wanna make it move Always gonna be a uphill battle Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose Ain't about how fast I get there Ain't about what's waiting on the other side It's the climb The struggles I'm facing The chances I'm taking Sometimes might knock me down But no, I'm not breaking I may not know it But these are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most, yeah Just gotta keep going I, I gotta be strong, gotta keep on moving on.
This song was written for, sung by, young Mily Cirus. What appears to be in her life was the golden life, her dreams all being met. Prominent famous father, a tight loving family that was wholesome, the perfect family. As we now know, that what appears to be is often just an illusion. The song she sings was the truth about life, what troubles brewed under the surface that the public eye didn’t see, didn’t know. People started immediately criticizing, forgetting the bright eyed young girl with the big fabulous voice who presented to children everywhere the fact that our dreams can be reached, can happen, instead focusing on the mistakes, her err in judgement, her father’s human mistakes, focusing once again on the negative points in their lives. Yet spirit is going to use these mistakes to keep their purpose , their reasons, their mission going. With the hard times in their personal lives seeming to tear them down, they are only climbing the mountain , no matter what the struggles, no matter how hard the climb, this family will prove that we will stiaccomplish the dream. It isn’t always the dream, but how we survive the climb! It isn’t about how fast we get there, its just that we will get there! Keep climbing our mountains. To reach our dreams.
Herbal magick: In Martha Stewart Living I was reading an ad for peppermint essence oil. I was amazed at some thing. I knew already that peppermint energizes, dispels apathy, helps depression. My mother often gave it to us to help keep down gastric reflux, naseau, this ad says to dab some in the car while driving , it will help keep us awake. Sea sick whie sailing, peppermint. Rub on temples a dabble, a drop to relax when stressed. Use on feet when standing too long. The list goes on for this natural remedy!
