am writing this because I have taken a look around the site in
the past few weeks .. since Keen has been changing a lot of features.
I just want you all to know that I read all my emails from you...

I have been noticing some changes since the new Keen owner bought keen 2 years ago. Some things are very encouraging and fun!
things are very different than the original Keen,.. But it is alive and
well and many original advisors are still here on Keen.
am writing this just to share that I have not been sending out free
minutes much in the past year because I found that callers were using
them solely to call with a very general question and then expecting a
full reading in the short free minutes given. I have decided that I will keep sending them
out as long as callers /chat readings have at least an extra 2 minutes
added to the call or chat. This allows me to be rated on Keen and allows
me to keep going forward with my business.
Another topic is refunds
and one star ratings. Keen used to require a one star and comments
explaining the one star in order for a customer to receive a refund.
Keen no longer requires this, so if you are unhappy and not satisfied
with our call, you do not have to rate me with a one star unless you
really feel that the public needs to know about something in my

any advisor... you have the option of getting a refund ( up to 25
dollars ) if you simply write to Keen Customer Support at the bottom of
I have also noticed that callers may not remember that we advisors are not
allowed to answer medical and legal or paternity questions. This
includes pregnancy questions. I do not want you to waste your money
calling with these questions- to me or any advisor. I want to be here
for you to hold your hand but we are just not allowed to answer those
things. I encourage you to find a professional in those topics in your
own area. I know life can be so stressful and I know at times we just
want reassurance, we want hope. I am here for you while you take
important steps in your life. I am here for you while you observe and
decide. Know that I care.
do want our relationship as advisor and Keen community members to be
real and "One on one" like it always has been on keen. Even though Keen
has made it appear that they are running everything and sorting us
advisors differently, I am still a self employed advisor here. The
policy on keen is our agreement, but how I do my readings and how I
communicate with you, decide about what I charge per minute, these are
my business decisions. No one monitors our sessions.
I still have my advisor Blog and enjoy interacting on there very much with you. I often wonder if you are able to locate this blog. I enjoy comments being left on my blog and check it often so that I can reply to anybody.
also wonder if you are able to locate the "Leave Feedback" link on your
account page. I see a big drop in members commenting on blogs and also
in leaving feedback. I appreciate each
