facing your fears and pushing thru change
Sometimes to really break through the tough things we want to change, we need to go the extreme opposite for a week.
For instance, if someone is afraid of rejection, it might help them break their fear to ask someone out every day for a week. If a person is prone to laziness, it may behoove them to wake up an hour early and immediately tackle the To Do list.
We might not like it much in the process, but a week of extreme effort will always yield the fruits of our labor.
