I really don't like going from 5 stars to 3 stars for this second review. It's just I was very shocked by how everything could go so smoothly to just...completely wrong. See, I started asking her about my 2 girlfriends, and she started on the first one, and everything she kept typing was absolutely wrong, and off, way off. I wanted to write back but she's a very quick typist, and as an advisor she breaks down her paragraphs in small parts. Making sure you don't wait, and waste $$ One min left, and she kept typing, and the insight given was still bad. I had to end the chat. Maybe she couldn't connect to this person? My review will be a two part due to Keen dropping the chat at one point. This was my very first reading with Trisha, and she really seemed to be on point, tuned in and picking up on a great amount of detail 3ith just the name, and year of birth, or just an ahead approximation, which I am very fine with. She was patient, inviting, and quick to type and respond during this chat. Keen timer did steal 3 mins from me, deducting a minute on 3 occasions, when I was adding money. Keen needs to fix that. I got my 3 mins back but still... All in all, she was super, during this first part of our chat, I was very satisfied!
