If you aren't satisfied, please contact us by following the simple instructions below. You may be eligible to receive a credit to your account, up to a limit of $25*.
Refunds made easy:
  • Send us an email within 3 days of your unsatisfactory call or chat. It's helpful for you to include details such as the advisor's name, time you spoke or chatted, and transaction date.
  • You can also contact our Customer Care team at 877-Keen-Help.
Note, Keen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny or issue a partial credit for any request.
*Satisfaction Guarantee credits are issued in Keen dollars, which may be used on future conversations. You're permitted to be reimbursed for one unsatisfactory experience every 30 days.
