Too judgmental, stick the reading only, no side commentary is necessary. People are trying to get an understanding of their situation and don’t need you to put your personal thought into, only what you see going forward is necessary. So annoying and I don’t know if she was right or not because she was busy talking about how difficult I must think it is, yeah yeah that’s why you have a job because we want to know how to proceed to make things better or change the outcome.
