I blend astrology with tarot and oracle cards to provide you with a comprehensive outline of how you can improve, strengthen and work with your faery witchcraft practice and connect to the Otherworld.
I started connecting with faery magic when I began a creative writing masters program in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2019. When I was there, I based my dissertation on West African, African disasporic and Norwegian faery folklore. I also learned about the Celtic faery folklore of Scotland, which connected me even further to the Otherworld.
When I was in Edinburgh, I was meditating often in nature. And as a result, I began connecting with dragon spirits of the Scottish land, which can be considered part of the faery realm. My spellwork with them has been awe-inspiring, and since then, I've been working with them and other nature spirits in my own backyard.
The faery, fair folk, or fae realm encompasses a large group of spiritual beings residing in Otherworlds, places that are considered a parallel dimensions on Earth that are filled with spirits. In Scotland, where I used to live, there are many superstitions about the fair folk and a lot of them are considered dangerous. However, although we should exercise caution around the fae, I don't believe that all of them should be avoided. With the right witchy skills, respect, communication and protection spells, you should be able to work with faeries, the fair folk, elementals and other nature spirits safely.
