You can cleanse and protect everyday by using Florida Water, Lily of the Valley Oil, and Black Salt. All these products can be found at a Botanica or Amazon.
How to use: Florida Water, use from the bottle, or place some in a small glass spray bottle. Spray on you, your belongings, and interior of vehicle. Make sure you test it on material like suede, leather, and canvas. I use this product with no issues.
Lily of the Valley Oil can be placed on your forehead, neck, wrist, heart, any area of your body. While anointing yourself say a prayer for protection and/or blessings. For allergy warning, try a small amount on skin of your hand. I use this product with no issues.
Black salt (Witches & Wiccan Black Salt) Place a small amount(2 Tablespoons) in a container of your choice. Leave on your desk, nightstand, and/or under your bed to absorb negative energy and prevent nightmares. Replace with fresh salt once per month.
