Another great conversation with Jim. I heard from my poi this morning and it didnt go well at first. We talked and some things were a mess. We talked calmly and agreed we need to sit down and talk some things out. Its a long time coming,but we know that we can talk calmly and not turn it into a fight but a discussion. For this to work,we need clarity in conversation and get things in the open. TY Jim. I think him and I can work on this,we just need to get both our sides out.
