I spoke with Nicole a few years ago and she was one of the VERY FEW advisors on this site (and I’m embarrassed to say I spoke to way too many) that were honest and accurate. It hurt because she told me my POI would not be returning. SHE WAS RIGHT. I find that people often leave negative reviews when they don’t like what they hear, but I’d much more prefer that than make up something to make me feel better.
