Amazing! Gave lots of input regarding work situation. He saw the current toxic environment without me stating anything. He said that the previous interview was not a good fit and he was right! He sees a change in my work, a reset and I will feel better about it. The change to the new dept will begin in Feb. Also, ex will not contact, currently in toxic mindset and environment.
