My approach is rooted in intuitive listening, grounded presence, and a deep respect for your emotional world. I don’t believe in rushing toward answers or forcing certainty where there is none. Instead, I offer a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can breathe. 🌬️
In a session with me, there is no pressure to perform, to be perfect, or to have it all figured out. You can show up messy, unsure, hopeful, overwhelmed, or just quietly curious. We begin wherever you are. Whether you have a clear question or just a vague sense that something needs attention, we’ll follow that thread together.
Much of my work involves helping people untangle the deeper layers of what they’re feeling, especially during life transitions, periods of identity redefinition, and emotional crossroad moments. These are the times when old ways of living no longer fit, but the new way hasn’t fully revealed itself yet. I hold space for that “in-between” the liminal space that so often gets overlooked but is actually where the most growth happens. 🌗
Because of my background as an adoptee, I am deeply attuned to the themes of identity, belonging, emotional distance, and reconnection. I understand how early life dynamics can echo through our relationships, decisions, and sense of self in adulthood. If you’re navigating adoption-related themes or even just the broader questions of who you are and what home feels like this is a place where those experiences can be named and honored. 🏡
While I do not offer therapy on this platform, my MSW and LGSW training help inform how I hold emotional space. I listen for both what’s said and what’s not said. I reflect what I sense without judgment. And I offer intuitive insights in a way that respects your pace, your agency, and your boundaries.
Our session might include reflecting on patterns that are showing up, exploring what’s asking for your attention, or helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that you’ve been distant from. Sometimes clarity shows up as a new perspective. Sometimes it’s a soft reminder of what you already knew. Always, it comes from within you. I’m just here to help you find your way back to it.
