I've been on my spiritual journey for more than 3 decades. I've done thousands of readings in person and tens of thousands by phone and online.

I tried another path into technology as a young adult and rose to the occasion and was successful in the technical arena. Still, my heart and my calling were to use my gifts of empathy and insight to help people. Whether at work or in social situations, my gifts always rose in the conversation.

I never considered that I could help people full-time time and it wasn't until my wife challenged me to follow the true path that I began reading on Keen full-time in 2009 and left the world of technology for good. I'm doing exactly what I was meant to do and now I can help others who were lost as I was.

My reading approach is that I don't need much information to pick up on an individual or a situation. I like to give my impressions first and then validate what I pick up accurately so that I will know if I'm reading the situation correctly. If someone tells me something after the fact that I do not pick up on, I will tell off on myself and state that clearly so that the person I'm reading for they can gauge accurately for themselves if I'm the right person to read for them.

I'm usually accurate with my timeframes if I see a date, it is usually correct within 7 days of the timing. If I pick up a day of the week, I usually expect to see the result either that upcoming day or the following week at the latest. I do not like to keep kicking the can down the road on timing. If I'm wrong, I'd rather address that up front, meditate, and try to understand why I missed the timing.

I believe that free will does impact readings as well as outcomes. If I tell someone they will have a breakthrough conversation with a love interest tomorrow, for example, the client then has a choice to either answer that call when their lover calls or ignore the call. By ignoring the call and avoiding the expected conversation, they can change the outcome.

I do my best to account for free will and I don't just predict the future, but I address issues that I pick up on during the reading to optimize the situation for the most favorable outcome and I provide advice on how to reach that point. I will also caught against planned behavior or intentions that may change the outcome into a worse situation. Regardless of what I pick up, I strive to deliver the messages I receive with honesty, compassion, and understanding. We're all human, we're all flawed. No one is perfect. And we are all searching for the answers to put us where we should be in our lives.
