This is feedback for a prior reading. It was regarding my concern about a hired caregiver for my mother. My mother seemed down on the first day, but Charlie reassured me that it would work out. He said she would actually like the attention from this caregiver. He was correct- my mom took to the caregiver and even asks where she is on days off. Listen to Charlie- he never steers you wrong!

Charlie gave me insight about my family situation that made alot of sense. His timing has always been 100% in the past-so, now I will see whether "2" means 2 months or 2 years or 'Feb'. Charlie is the only advisor I call, after having tried so many after many years. Very highly recommended!

I've been checking in with Charlie for the past several years about the sale of my condo. His information never changed through the years. Fast forward about 6-7 years later, what he said all along seems to be coming true. It's not yet a done deal, since there is a sale contingency needing to be settled first. However his timing couldn't be more accurate: his number "8" came out to be "8 years" (of condo ownership), and "2" - which can mean " 2 weeks" for closing since the buyer offered a 20 day or less closing. It might also mean "2" as in the month of Feb when sale is completed. Either way- Charlie is truly honest, accurate and kind. Despite my damp mood, Charlie helped immensely!
