No thank u ill pass she couldn't explain anything. So u got a gift but u dint know how to explain nothing ur saying n u expect me to believe that. " I dont know this is just what they are giving me" . It just didnt make sense. Then I asked a question about a situation and she stated she didnt hear any of it so that wasted my minutes as well. She blamed it on keen. Just not a good experience at all. Refund please and thank you. I cant afford to just help pay your bills n im left confused n upset bc u cant explain anything!
