My approach is quite simple. I always always connect with Spirit/God before answering any questions. He is my foundation and my strength along with my husband who is now an angel for him as of last year, as well as I hear it not only God but my angel husband to add to my abilities and being able to channel among several other things. He made me an not only an empath from birth but a clairaudient,a clair sentient and a spiritual medium after my husband passed because. Not only to enhance my abilities but because he knew how I could help so many people and that is my only intentions. To help grieve, to help that grieving process that leads to healing in order to be able to live and thrive again. To learn to love yourself again. Without self love it is impossible to completely allow yourself to love beginning with that self love before anyone else. It is almost like being on an airplane and they tell you to put your oxygen mask on first before your loved one to love anything or anyone else.
In being able to love and take care of yourself. And yes I use meditation as well cardamancy which is a form of cards to help me confirm everything that Spirit brings up to help ground yourself in spirit or God or whatever your beliefs are. Because I understand everyone has different preferences so I will not push this on you howeI will encourage you. I also do use my abilities and what God tells me to confirm when someone's energy is so overwhelming, negative , draining or mocking and affecting my physical and spiritual health that I can't and will not tolerate. No accurate reading can come from those types of energies. Chat will be ended period and blocked. I am a very positive person and I will do my very best to try and uplift you and give you some of my strength I get from Spirit but I also am not naive in understanding that some people just want to spread negative energy and dump but that's okay because I will pray for your healing and light candles for you all the same as I would anyone else who needs help. I will be patient and understanding but there are healthy boundaries I have set in place. Yes I will pray for you and try to help you but if need be I will do it from a distance through prayers for you. Because I reserve the right to protect my own soul and energy. Then after that it's between you and God. So blessings to everyone and I hope you choose me to help you even if you feel all alone or in the dark please let us be your light and a helping hand of hope. Because that's all we really need is just that tiny bit of hope right? When it feels like it's too much and you can't see the positive end at the end of the tunnel . When It's just too much weight, Give us your hand and we'll help back up and carry that weight like Jesus carried the cross for us. So at best on rare occasions he gives me a possible time line but never anything set in stone. And again we will do our very best to help you but abuse and continued negativity will be prohibited and just not tolerated.Zero. and I will invoke my right to block you once again.
