I feel like some of the people who gave less than five or even four stars were probably the types who, just like me at one point, didn’t like what they heard from Fran because she wasn’t telling them what they wanted to hear instead of what they *needed* to hear. I can’t think Fran enough with the constructive feedback and advice she gave, and that whether or not I agreed with the advice she gave that I still appreciated that she was willing to work with integrity. Very Admirable trait for a psychic/spiritual advisor.
