My goodness she was accurate, calm, understanding, and patient. Her accent, demeanor, and the way she communicates and delivers her answers...I may have developed a crush on her.
But seriously, she picked up on things that were accurate. I only said the persons name and she told me the rest. Her advice at the end helped me to see what I was missing.
