And you were simply wrong... we're not at all "a decade apart", so thanks for the accuracy and humility. Ending a call saying you're "not in the mood to argue" simply because your client replies to you and politely so, isn't professional. Moreover, to the same question today, you gave 3 different answers, how credible is that. 1) "it's got nothing to do with you" 2) "there's no cause" 3) you said sthg else. Great service indeed
