Hello there, Shelly here sensitivity since the age of four this is when everything started or when I realize that I was able to feel other people’s energies…. As a teenager I experience sleep paralysis to the point where I had to be brought to the doctor, but of course they did not know what it could be. I suffered with this for about 10 years if not a little bit more until I learned how to Astral travel and lucid dream this was my saving grace if you will!!!!! Something positive coming from the negative experience, I visited realms, other realms, spiritual realms and had premonitions .I still do. I am very empathetic and here to help.
