She saw what I saw w/o telling her. She asked for birthdays. Chat uses up time & is costly waiting for typing. When I add money its running my time & when I had 1 min left it asked if I wanted to purchase more time or end chat. It wouldn't let me return to chat to receive my answer w 1 min still left. Forced to lose time.
