I'm a natural born psychic/ clairsentient empath. I have always had a sense of knowing things that I shouldn't know since I was a young child. I've always had a strong connection to the spiritual world, even when I didn't believe in it. And for quite a while, I didn't want to believe in it. I suppose this was because by accepting the fact rather than believing I was delusional. I had to also accept that I had to fix myself. One thing is for sure throughout this journey I have done much self work as I've went through quite a lot of obstacles in my life.
