I had a disappointing experience with this advisor. While she was initially answering my questions, she repeatedly emphasized that she does not provide timeframes-even though I wasn’t asking for any. In the middle of the session, I had to add more funds to continue. When I returned, the call had ended. I attempted to reconnect, but I found that I had been blocked. I was simply trying to ask questions and gain clarity, and I remained respectful throughout the interaction. Being blocked without any explanation felt abrupt and unprofessional. Overall, I found she is intuitive and connects well; however, the experience was frustrating and not very client-centered.
