First reading the answers were quick and to the point and seemingly fit the situation I was inquiring about. After this initial reading I had some follow up questions so I logged back on to chat. The responses this time were slower and confusing. I added more funds to get clarification and she never responded to my questions. My time ran out with no answers leaving me confused and frustrated- like what?! What happened?! Why do that?
