I reached out to Sandra to gain insight into my partner’s emotional distance. Holy smokes!! She nailed the reason within seconds of the chat starting. She said his life was in a downward spiral, plans/projects were in jeopardy, and home life was being disrupted. Minutes after my chat with Sandra, my partner texted me saying he was stressed about how to pay for his next semester’s tuition. That’s where his focus is right now.
