I’ve been an empath, seer, and medium since birth. For years, I struggled with how much I felt—and how little support there was for people like me. That experience shaped everything I do today.

Now, I help sensitive, intuitive, and spiritually curious people understand what’s going on in their relationships, work, and inner world—and how to take empowered action. My work blends grounded guidance with deep spiritual insight.

I draw from Taoist, Hindu and Buddhist practices, Christian and shamanic mysticism, and years of experience as a life coach and social worker. I’ve been featured on PBS, read for clients around the world, and helped thousands of people move through pain into purpose.
