Once you do - I will ask you if you feel anything or see anything or hear anything (as everyone has different results since this is energy work.) and sometimes this part of the session can take anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes. There is absolutely no rushing this, as that is an energy one can feel and I can feel it and it will block the whole process from happening.
