I think chat messed up our convo. Its our first time attempting to use it. Sonia is very kind, and I've had her for years, but there was a miscommunication and she thought I was ending our chat when I asked her to please repeat herself. I tried to call but the calls for Keen aren't going through for some reason. That's not Sonia's fault. I'll just try again In the future. :(
