MY APPROACH

Each of our journeys are from experiences we have had; the process of understanding this is how you reacted versus responded. I have found through my own personal journey it is no different than yours as well as working with my Hospice patients who have taught me that “these experiences changed how they moved through the rest of their life and how they wished they could go back and be empowered to change how they lived.

I am a firm believer in meeting each individual where they are in life and then building a foundation from that; so that is where we always begin. I do this by having a variety of “tools” in which I can help and support you unveil your own inner wisdom and truth. In this process you will begin to understand how it has impacted the way you have been navigating through life and how you allowed this trigger to continue the old pattern.
