Michaelshay has dedicated himself to a lifelong study of the Cuban & Yoruba sacred science of IFÁ, with no plans of growing stagnant after making Babalawo. As an IFÁ initiate that has received the Mano De Orula along with the warriors and other Orishas, Michaelshay is on path to do IFA’, with the power of Orula’s limitless wisdom and all knowing knowledge combined with the guidance of the ancestors, the spirits and the Orishas. Michaelshay is confident in his abilities to bring success and positive change to your life. The means of divination that Michaelshay uses is Tarot Cards until he is qualified to use the sacred divination chain of IFÁ (The Opelé). He has dedicated over 7 years to extensively studying the Tarot and has been given spiritual permission to divine through the sacred art of Tarot, which was confirmed through the dream state. Michaelshay’s spiritual sensory is very keen through his gifts of clairaudience and clairvoyance. The specific Afro-Cuban system/branch of IFÁ that Michaelshay is housed in is called Criollo, where he is molded and guided under the teachings of both his Godfather (who is also a child of Elegua) and his Oyubon. Through this traditional spiritual house is where Michaelshay studies and practices to gather the accurate process in assisting clients with achieving spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and financial success.

To provide an accurate reading, Michaelshay is always sure to cleanse his sacred reading space and the Orisha Tarot deck that he currently uses for readings by using Sage, Palo Santo, Incense, or Florida Water depending on the guidance given by his Spirit Guides. Michaelshay maintains a strong and consistent connection with his Eggun (Ancestors), Guardian Angel (Elegua), and The Holy Prophet & Oracle of Olodumare (God) who is known in Yoruba/Afro-Cuban culture as Orunmila (Orula). Maintaining a strong connection with the spirits is achieved by keeping a habitual routine of prayer, honor, reverence, and servitude to these spirits on a consistent daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This level of discipline is what heightens and strengthens Michaelshay’s spiritual gifts to bring guaranteed accuracy pertaining to all things of relevance in each client’s life. A reading begins with the client giving their full name (First, Middle, Last). The client giving their date of birth can heighten the depths of the reading, but the date of birth is not a requirement for accuracy. After obtaining this necessary information, the reading begins with Michaelshay calling in the spirits by honoring them while giving a libation of pure water in a traditional IFÁ way. Following these steps to open the reading is what connects Michaelshay to the divine Akashic records of the past, present, and future.
