Instead of "What do you see" my preference is specific questions:

All I need are names, a narrative, or specific questions. If about love, “Is ________ interested in a relationship with me?” "Or is ________ attracted to me?"
For questions about a relationship, you can also ask, “Does ________ like me as a romantic interest?” or “What are _________ thoughts of me?” Intentions can be in the form of “what are _______ intentions with me?” "Is ________ interested in a serious relationship with me?" For instance, if you are inquiring about a new relationship or person of interest, a suggestion is: “What is the potential outcome of pursuing a successful relationship with ________?”
