OMG! Weeks ago Find Your Spirit told me that in about 6 months there would be a surprise promotion for me. At the time, I was shocked because 1) I wasn't specifically asking about a promotion and 2)I had only been at my job for 2 months. Lo and Behold! My Director asked me yesterday if I have a desire to hold a Director position next year as there will be an opening that will become available due to company expansion. WOW! DID not see that coming!
