I use the standard Rider-Waite tarot deck for my readings, using both major and minor arcana. The size of the spread and number of cards drawn per reading depends on each individual and is determined on a case by case basis. I use the cards as a tool, as well as my empathic, clairaudient, and clairvoyant gifts to get a full picture on your situation and bring the most clarity possible.
