I use a positive and direct approach by allowing the customer to ask questions if they want to. I ask them for their birthday or sign which helps me to focus on the issue and any questions they may have. If they prefer a general reading they can ask questions when they need to. I am compassionate and honest. My clients return and give positive feedback.
