She was so calm and assuring while answering my questions. She didn't waste my time, tell me what I wanted to hear and she picked up on the situation quickly. She also gave time frames (which I understand could change). I wish I'd found her sooner. I also appreciate how she listened and didnt just give her personal opinion but she did help guide me in the right direction according to the answers from the reading.
