Very let down. Initially we talked and I asked her to do a birth chart type reading for me and what she offered sounded excellent. She said she needed about an hour. Not long after that she said she needed until the next day/afternoon. that was roughly 40 hours ago. pinged her 3 times, set up a call that was answered but no response on the other end. This is my first and only bad experience with Keen. Regardless, Keen is still going to get a bad review on Google play and I'm going to find other ways to seek guidance. I don't have any tolerance for my time being wasted by people with poor integrity. Note:1 star actually=0 stars
