After you've received a call, the best way to make that caller a repeat customer is to send a follow-up Mail thanking the customer for the call.
 

To do so, click on a caller's name in the My Customers section and you'll be brought to a page summarizing your contacts with that customer. This page will guide you through sending Mail.

The page also provides an area where you can store notes on this person—their name, interests, and what you two talked about. These notes will come in handy in follow-up conversations.
