How does the free 3 minutes work?
When you register, we credit your account with 3 minutes to use with any advisor
in any topic. You can use the free 3 minutes of
phone time during your first call.
Can I place calls before I register?
Sorry, no. You can only talk to advisors on Keen once you've registered.
The good news is that the sign-up process is quick, easy and free!
If I don't use all 3 free minutes on my first call, can I carry the balance forward to my next call?
Yes. Any money you have left over after you make your first call can be used for future calls.
Can I use my free 3 minutes for Mail?
Sorry, your free 3 minutes are good only for calls.
You can use the money for either Live Advice or to listen to a Recorded Listing.
To accept Paid Mail from an advisor, you'll need to add money to
your account.
How long do I have to use my free 3 minutes?
You have 90 days to use your free 3 minutes. After that, you'll need to add
money to your account to make another call.
What happens when my free 3 minutes is gone?
You can use your credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, or any card
with a Visa or MasterCard logo, including ATM cards) to add money to your account. Click on
the Payment Info tab on the My Account page, then on "Add to Account."
You can also replenish your account with money from calls you receive,
or from Tell A Friend referral payments.
