What is Ingenio, and how does it relate to Keen?
Keen, Inc. has simply changed its corporate name to Ingenio, LLC. The Ingenio technology platform, which enables commerce-based information exchange, now “powers” the Keen website (www.keen.com) and voice portal (1-800-ASK-KEEN), which allow millions of people to buy and sell live, immediate advice and information every day.

My account is now powered by Ingenio. What does that mean?
As a valued user who registered on Keen, you'll now be able to use the email address and password you created on Keen to access all your current account information on any website that has the powered by Ingenio logo. If you see this logo, you won’t need to register for that website:

If you’re a customer:
You’ll be able to talk to advisors the same way you always do, using the same payment and account information, on Keen and any other website that is powered by Ingenio.

If you’re an advisor:
It’s business as usual. You’ll talk to the same customers, enjoy the same great commissions and have access to the same valuable marketing tools, such as Featured Listings, Send Offers, My Customers, My Recent Calls, Call Backs and Appointments.

Is my account information safe?
Yes. Your privacy is very important to Keen. Keen continues to be a licensee of TRUSTe, a third-party “watchdog” which audits our privacy practices to make sure that we meet the standards of TRUSTe's Privacy Program.

Moreover, Keen is now powered by Ingenio, which uses safe technology. The secure socket layer (SSL) software, is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. SSL software encrypts all of your personal information, including your name, address and credit card number, so that the data cannot possibly be read as it travels over the Internet.

Was Keen acquired by Ingenio, or vice versa?
No. Keen, Inc. simply changed its corporate name to Ingenio, LLC.

Why is Keen changing its name?
Keen, Inc. has changed its corporate name to Ingenio, LLC. to expand its business opportunities and leverage its technology platform beyond the Keen website and 1-800-ASK-KEEN. Ingenio will be focused on professional services opportunities, while Keen will be more focused on psychics, astrology and entertainment.

What will happen to Keen?
Keen continues to be the leading marketplace for live, immediate advice. You’ll have access to the same users and all the great features you are familiar with today. However, you may notice that the appearance of some items on Keen has changed.

• Ingenio Sign In. When you sign in, you’ll see a powered by Ingenio logo:

But you can use the same email address (or user name) and password you’ve always used to access your account. You don’t need to re-register!

• My Account (formerly known as My Keen). “My Keen” is now called “My Account,” but it works exactly the same way; the biggest change is the colors of the page. Some links such as “Create a Live Advice listing” and “Create a Recorded Listing” (which were under My Listings) are now under the Tools section. You can still access all the same great features you had in My Keen.

• Call Buttons. We’ve updated our phone icons within the Call Buttons you see beside each advisor’s listing. At the bottom of each page on Keen, you can use the legend to review what each icon means.

• Advisor Transition Phase. Ingenio.com will be focused in the professional services area (e.g., taxes, accounting, personal finances, legal, etc.), and Keen will be more focused on psychics, astrology and entertainment. In the coming months, we’ll be transitioning professional services advisors and customers from Keen to Ingenio. In the meantime, you’ll see advisors listed simultaneously on both websites (the listings are exactly the same, including titles, descriptions, ratings and feedback).
