SMS Text Messaging Program for Current Keen Customers

 
 
SMS text messaging is a more convenient way to deliver special offers to you, our current Keen customers. We are providing this to customers who prefer to receive Keen offers and communications via text messages to their mobile phones, rather than email.

How does this SMS program work?
  1. A Keen customer will see a promotion on the homepage or hear a promo on the IVR.
  2. They will then text the keyword Keen to 57682 using their mobile phone.
  3. The customer will instantly get a text message back on their mobile phone with a special offer. We're starting things off with a "Get $10 Free by Adding $10" but in the future we'll rotate in other offers regularly.
  4. The customer will then have to call, from their mobile phone, a specific Keen 800# that was given to them in their text coupon to get the special offer.
What if the customer does not want to receive text messages from Keen?

We adhere to strong privacy policy standards and will never send unwanted text messages to our customers' mobile phones. This is why the Keen customer must "opt-in" by texting us first with the keyword to get the special promotional offer. Customers can opt-out of receiving text messages from Keen at any time by texting "stop", which will be communicated on every text message sent.

How many SMS text messages will I get?

You can expect 1-2 text messages per month with a special offer/coupon just for our SMS customers.

How many times can I redeem the special offer/coupon?

Each user of Keen can only redeem each offer one time.

What if I'm a new customer of Keen, can I still get the offer?

For customers that have never used Keen before, you can get this offer by texting Keen to 57682, as existing customers will do. However, when you get the text offer you will need to call the 800# in the text message and register for Keen first. After you register, you will add $10 and get the $10 free offer.

What mobile networks will this offer work on? Will it work on international mobile networks?

At this time, this program will support all U.S. based mobile networks but will not support International networks, including ones in Canada or Mexico. Therefore, only Keen customers with a U.S. mobile phone number will be able to participate in this program.
