Managing Your Availability

	The best part about giving advice on Keen is that you can set your own hours. This means making yourself available or not available to receive calls, whenever you want.

	When you make yourself available, the Call Button will appear on your listing, and customers will be able to call you.

	When you make yourself not available, the Call Button will change, and customers won't be able to call you—they'll only be able to arrange a call with you via email.

	It's important to manage your availability accurately, so your customers get an answer when they try to call you. There are two ways to do this:

	1. Using the telephone
	2. Using the website
