You can also change your availability by using the Keen website. If you spend a lot of time at your computer, you may decide that changing your availability online is easier than using your phone. On the Keen home page, you'll see an availability panel.

Simply click "Yes" or "No," and your availability will change immediately.

If you miss a call while you're available, we will automatically change you to not available and subtract two points from your overall rating. We'll also give you an occasional reminder call to make sure you remember that you're available!
