Here at Keen, it is our ongoing goal to help bring our customers clarity in times of uncertainty – and the arrival of COVID-19 has undoubtedly brought a tremendous amount of uncertainty for many of us.  We’re seeing unprecedented demand for Keen services as more people are seeking clarity and comfort during these challenging times.  As our daily lives have been turned upside down, it’s never been more important for everyone to focus on their spiritual and emotional well-being, so we’ve taken key steps to ensure the Keen platform remains fully operational and Keen advisors are available around the clock to talk or chat. 

These include:

  • Investing more resources into the stability of our platform for more successful connections on calls and chats
  • Adding more advisors to the Keen platform to address increased demand
  • Having the Keen team work from home for their own safety and to slow the spread of COVID-19, while still ensuring the site is operational

Now, more than ever, our advisors are here to support you emotionally and spiritually to relieve your stress and anxiety.  As a friendly reminder, please note that our Keen User Agreement states that advisors are unable to provide readings on any matters relating to health or legal concerns, nor are they able to act as a financial advisor.
