Many people inherit jewelry per instructions of the deceased. What many don’t know is they are not only inheriting the piece of jewelry, but they are also taking with them the energy of those who have worn the jewelry before.
This could be scary, especially for those who purchase second hand jewelry. In my experience, I have seen people go through negative things because of the past energy this jewelry holds. This includes watches, cufflinks, etc.
It’s never wise to wear second hand jewelry without clearing the energy attached to it. So, here is what you can do:
Place the piece jewelry in a Ziploc bag. Get another Ziploc bag and fill it with sea salt (do not use iodized table salt!). Place the piece of jewelry in the empty Ziploc bag, then put that bag it is in in the Ziploc back of sea salt (this way the integrity of the jewelry is protected). Seal it and leave it hidden away in a cabinet out of sight for 3 full days (72 hours).
Once the time has been completed, you may carefully remove your Ziploc bag with jewelry and then you must dispose of the Ziploc bag with sea salt outside of the home. Be sure not to spill any of the sea salt in your home. You can either throw it in the trash outside your home or you can spill the salt into moving water such as an ocean, river, or stream. After all of this is completed, it is safe to wear your inherited or second-hand jewelry because it will be free from harm or negativity.
